SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped on the Friday of that week. Orders made on Friday will be shipped the following Friday. This is to make shipping cheaper and more consistent.
Shipping may take 3-5 weeks for international orders and 1-3 weeks for domestic (within Australia and New Zealand) orders.
Shipping Cost
Shipping prices are based on the weight of the parcel. Any small objects such as stickers and keychains are sent in a letter which will cost around $3-5 depending on where you live. Larger objects such as apparel will be sent in a poly-mailer and will cost between $9-35 depending on region. In the case that you order both a keychain and apparel, they will arrive together in the poly-mailer unless stated otherwise.
In the scenario where I cannot ship your order for any reason, a full refund will be done.
Return & Exchange Policy
Kibby Rain does not offer returns. Refunds will only be provided for orders which cannot be shipped due to any reason. For apparel, please consult the sizing charts before placing an order.
